Derwent's Burnisher is a wonderful tool for producing subtle or intense color pencil effects. Use this hard, colorless pencil to create a polished finish on top of existing layers of color, adding depth and shine to your colored pencil drawings. Use in conjunction with Derwent's Blender, or on its own.
