This is a workshop designed to educate artists (ages 18 and up) on how to create different effects using acrylic mediums and additives. Participants are encouraged to wear old clothing. Topics that will be covered include the following:

• Glazing/transparencies

• Extending dry time/blending

• Adding other items to the medium

• Changing the flow and viscosity of acrylic paint

• Impasto

• Stenciling

• Acrylic transfer (if time permits)

The workshop will last two hours, from 4 to 6 PM. if interested, please register before noon on Monday, July 15th. Any questions should be directed to Artists Guild during store hours.
